Making the Meeting Happen ...
In an interview, an Army General was asked if he didn't think there was room for forgiveness toward the people who have harbored and abetted the terrorists and also the terrorists themselves.
His answer was classic - He said,
"I believe that forgiving them is God's function. Our job is simply to arrange the meeting."

Forgiving or punishing the Developer is left to Manager. But, fixing their appointment with Manager is our responsibility
